Kim Kardashian was noticeably absent from all the Oscar glitz and glam held (February 22) but it wasn’t because she didn’t get invited to any after-parties!

The 34-year-old reality starlet took to Twitter prior to the red carpet action to explain that she simply had other plans for what sounded like a pretty low-key evening!
“Just finished my piano lesson in time to watch the Oscars’ red carpet!!!” Kardashian tweeted just before the show.


Later on, Mrs. West was asked why she didn’t attend any of the Academy Award events, and she responded, “I have no one to watch North so we’re watching together in our pj’s! Next year for sure!”
Meanwhile, Kim is going to continue to work hard at her piano lessons…so that she can surprise Kanye!
