Jurors in the Boston bombing trial saw surveillance footage Tuesday from the Manchester Firing Range in New Hampshire taken on March 20, 2013, of defendant Dzhokhar Tsarnaev and his older brother, Tamerlan.

The government showed the footage as part of its strategy of illustrating the planning that went into the April 2013 attack. The target practice session happened just three weeks before the bombings.

The prosecution showed jurors a receipt for two gun rentals and ammunition totaling $170.75. Additionally, they showed the jury check-in cards from the range where both brothers signed in with their names and home addresses and listed their shooting experience as “intermediate.”
