Bobbi Kristina Brown is "the same, she's not progressing at all," grandmother Cissy Houston said in a new interview.
It's now been more than three months since Bobbi Kristina was hospitalized after being found unresponsive in a bathtub in her Roswell, Georgia, home.
Houston told Entertainment Tonight on Saturday, "She's not gone yet, but you know, whatever the Lord decides, I'm ready for her ... I have nothing to do with that. That's His job. It's His territory, you know? And I understand it."
Of the decision that Bobbi Kristina's father Bobby Brown and aunt Pat Houston have been named co-guardians over her medical and care needs, Houston said, "It came alright, It was fine. We're a family ... that works together for the best. You want the best for whomever or everybody we can."
Houston said she doesn't know what the future holds for her granddaughter, but she is thankful for the support she needs to get through today.
"I'd like to thank everybody who was praying," she said. "Who really knows the worth of prayer and I'm sure it'll get through."
Bobbi Kristina's family fueled speculation of a sudden recovery last month, when Bobby announced to a crowd that his only daughter was "awake."
The 22-year-old daughter of the late Whitney Houston remains on life support at an Atlanta-area rehab facility, where she was transferred to in March.
