She's very protective of her sisters and so Khloe Kardashian was quick to launch into a Twitter rant when she learned that Kylie Jenner had been blasted by Amber Rose.
Amber called Kylie a 'baby' and said she 'needs to go to bed at seven o'clock', slamming rumoured boyfriend Tyga, 25, for dating the 17-year-old and saying he ought to be 'ashamed'.
Three days after her interview with Power 105.1's The Breakfast Club, Khloe fired back, noting that Amber - who famously dated Kim's husband Kanye West - used to be a stripper.
'“I was a stripper since I was 15 years old,” Amber Rose told Foxx. Please don't worry about my sister who has a career & her s*** together at ONLY 17. people who live in glass houses shouldn't throw stones,' she wrote.
'Please stop talking about us in interviews mama. None of us talk about you.'
When one of Khloe's followers responded that Amber stripped to 'provide for her family', the 30-year-old continued: 'Not mad she was a stripper. But dont say my sister should be in bed by 7 when she wasn't.'
She went on, explaining that the Kardashian family are often asked about Amber in interviews but refuse to comment, and suggested she return the favour.
'We get asked questions about people all the time and my sisters and I always take the high road and don't answer,' Khloe tweeted. 'Truth is we don't know these people. I don't know Amber so why would I comment on her. I'm not going to comment on someone I don't know.
'That's unfair. We all hear things via social media or blogs but I would only want to comment on someone if I actually knew them and or had my own personal history with them. I would think others would want the same respect.'
She concluded: '3 sides to EVERY story. His, hers and the truth. I'm not passing judgment but I wish others would do the same until they have FACTS.'
Khloe and Tyga were quickly trending on Twitter following the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star's posts.
When asked about Tyga's rumoured new girlfriend during her radio interview, Amber said: '[Kylie's] a baby, she needs to go to bed at 7 o'clock and relax.'
She added: 'That's ridiculous. [Tyga] should be ashamed of himself. That's how I feel. For sure. He has a beautiful woman and a baby and left that for a 16-year-old who just turned 17.'
The curvaceous 31-year-old happens to be good friends with Tyga's ex-fiancee Blac Chyna who is also the mother of his two-year-old son, King.
Amber has had her own share of man troubles over the last 12 months, which culminated in her filing for divorce from her husband Wiz Khalifa in September.
The former couple, who share a one-year-old son, Sebastian, had been married for just over a year.
The split was acrimonious with accusations that she caught rapper Wiz in bed with two sisters and the pair have been publicly feuding ever since.
But she seems to have softened her stance with the passage of time, reported US Weekly.
When asked about the infidelity, she told the radio hosts: 'It's like "Dude that's not you." That's not my husband.
'That's not the man that I know. Wiz isn't a bad guy. He has great spirit, that's why I married him. People make mistakes.'
One co-host claimed the young rapper was 'allowed three hall passes,' to which Rose replied: 'What if he…'
'Used them up?' another co-host asked, and she nodded her head.
But it seems she has now moved on, confessing: 'I have a Valentine this year.
'Of course my son Sebastian is my baby so he is always my Valentine - but I also have an actual Valentine and he's a really nice guy.'
The confused presenters then pointed out that she was a married woman not so long ago and asked if she and rapper Wiz had rekindled their relationship.
However, a blushing Amber admitted that she had met someone new.
'Me and Wiz have been broken up for quite a few months,’ Amber explained. 'I now have a very special friendship with James Harden. He'll be my Valentine - if he acts rights.
'But I'm not going to confirm anything because it's only been a month. He's an amazing guy though.'
The presenters then attempted to gently warn Amber about basketball star James, informing her that he has a little bit of a reputation when it comes to his love life.
But she was quick to defend her Valentine.
She said: 'We all have reputations. When I was with Wiz, he was young and he used to get lots of girls. But do you know what? I have a lot of guys who try to talk to me daily too.
'It's very easy for me as well. But me and James have developed a really good friendship.'
