Game by game, week by week, Paul Pogba's star keeps rising, and along with it goes the rumours the 21-year-old Frenchman will soon be leaving Juventus.

Teammate Alvaro Morata spoke out on Tuesday and said the star midfielder "is happy at Juve with the rest of us," but the whispers just won't go away.

Former France international Nicolas Anelka has weighed in on the debate, according to the Daily Express, and said Pogba should join either Chelsea or Real Madrid.

"Paul technically knows everything, and he has the qualities to play anywhere," said Anelka, who spent four years at Stamford Bridge and a year at the Bernabau. "My preference is for him to join Chelsea, who have very strong players and the financial power of [Roman] Abramovich. Also Real Madrid, who are one of the biggest clubs in the world, if not the greatest. He would grow a lot under Carlo Ancelotti."

The paper reported it'll take an eye-watering 80-million-pound bid to prise the young star from the Old Lady's grasp.
